1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 7 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹500.

• A standard delivery fee applies to smaller orders.


3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 6-7 days

Express Shipping: 5 days (Available in select locations)

Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer.


4. Tracking Orders

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.


5. Delivery Partner

6. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays due to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather

• Unforeseen courier issues

• Incorrect address provided by the customer
